What this division does
This is the core of what we do. We take unimproved land and bring it to build-ready. The builders show up to a turn-key site, and that's how a whole development stays on schedule.
What we do in-house
Clearing & degrubbing
Clearing, degrubbing, and demolition, plus over-excavation around any legacy hazards, so the site comes back clean.
Grading & water direction
Cut and fill, dewatering, and precision grading to plan, plus water direction. We leave the site on grade so the next team rolls straight into their work.
Building pads
Most site contractors stop at the lot. We come back and finish the pad work too: building pads, garage, driveway, and patio cuts, walks, gutters, and curb.
Underground utilities
Storm, sewer, force mains, water mains, lift stations, overflow structures, manholes, and precast structures.
FDOT & right-of-way
FDOT right-of-way and highway work, and road construction, plus maintenance of traffic (MOT) and traffic control for right-of-way jobs.
Asphalt milling & overlay
Asphalt milling and mill-and-overlay repaving. It's a main part of how we bring you clean asphalt millings.
Striping & signage
Temporary striping and thermoplastic striping, plus all signage, stop signs, and road signs per spec.
Custom hardscape
High-end custom outdoor work: artificial turf, pavers, pool coping and tile, plant and lighting packages, and outdoor entertainment areas. Full-custom work by a dedicated team.
